So I have to admit that since the election was called, the interviews that Sarah Palin have been giving are hilarious! You can tell that she has come out of her shell and out from under the thumb of John McCain.
I really do think that she has been treated unfairly. Yes, her policies are absurd and ridiculous, but that is over now. It’s the past. I feel bad for her and wish that people would stop criticizing her–even now. She may not have been the best candidate for the Vice Presidency, but you have to admit that she does seem like a caring, genuine, wholesome person. I, for one, am looking forward to seeing where her career goes from here.
I was watching Anderson Cooper tonight and he showed a clip of her sort of pissed off that people keep talking about the money that the RNC spent on her wardrobe.
Below is the quote that I typed out from playing the clip back on my computer. I laugh every time I hear her say it!
“It’s just very very disappointing, because this is Barack Obama’s time right now, and this is a historic moment in our nation, and this can be a shining moment for America in our history, and look what we’re talking about, again we’re talking about my shoes, and belts and skirts.” – Sarah Palin
