I’m in NYC until Monday. I’m bad at blogging when I am here for some reason, even though there is so much to write about. Danny and I got VIP Floor for Lady Gaga’s Madison Square Garden show in NYC, where she was filming for her HBO special. Also, Paul McCartney was 50 feet away from me the entire time…dancing and singing along.
…
I posted all about it on my Gaga site LadyGagaLive.net.
I don’t know who is watching out for me but thank you for the amazing life that I live.

We’re about half way through season 2 of Glee, and we’ve already had our fair share of Glee tribute shows. The Power of Madonna, Lady Gaga, the Britney episode and Rocky Horror. So, I thought what are some tribute shows that Glee, being a show all about musicals and entertainment, should definitely do? Below are 5 tribute episodes I want to see VERY soon!
1. Rent – Rent was arguably the biggest musical of the 90′s. It just makes sense that Glee would eventually do this. We already saw Idina Menzel as Rachel’s mother, so maybe she could find her way back to the show? I think a Rent show would be just as exciting as a Madonna, Britney, or Rocky Horror show! They could even tie it in with someone getting kicked out of their house and trying to get their own place. May be a bit mature for high school students but I could totally see Finn getting kicked out of the house for doing something stupid and swearing he’s going to get his own place, only to realize he can’t do it on his own, and ends up coming back. Yes, Ryan Murphy if you would like to hire me as a writer gimme a ring.
2. The Great American Songbook – This isn’t as glamorous and probably wouldn’t build as much excitement, but considering it was one of the best times in American musical history, it just seems right. Maybe even a whole tribute to Cole Porter!? This would get a lot of musical Glee fans excited…but maybe not the viewing public in general. They’ve already done a few Songbook songs, but a whole tribute show would be amazing!
3. Boybands/Girlbands – With a talented, good-looking cast, it seems like this would be the next great tribute episode. After seeing the Britney episode, Joey Fatone said that he would love to have an NSync tribute show. Yes, NSync was big, but they’re not relevant at all anymore. Something like Backstreet Boys, NSync, New Kids, Boyz II Men. The girls could get in on it too – Spice Girls, All Saints, En Vogue (OMG just had a flash of Mercedes singing Free Your Mind), Destiny’s Child! This could really be a fantastic episode. Plus with New Kids and Backstreet Boys touring together, they could make an appearance to promote their tour! NKOTBSB!
4. Spice Girls – I could actually see a whole Spice Girls episode happening. I mean they DID have their own movie, and gigantic huge successful reunion tour. There’s no doubting the Spice Girls had a huge influence on pop culture and music. Being one of the biggest (if not THE biggest) Spice Girls fan I know (I ain’t got no shame), a Spice Girls tribute show would only make sense. And seeing as how they’re all laying pretty low (minus Mel B) at the moment, I’m sure they would all love to be on the show. How fun would that be!
5. Michael Jackson – I don’t even know if they can get royalties to songs like this, but a Michael Jackson episode seems inevitable. With all the different iconic images of Michael, it seems like it would fit perfectly for this show. I could totally see them doing Thriller! Maybe this will be next year’s Halloween episode! I would love to see Kurt or Finn do the moonwalk, would you? It seems they’re doing Thriller for the post-Superbowl show but I want to see a whole tribute!
Are there any tribute shows you would like to see happen on Glee?

Wow! Her appeal never ceases to amaze me.
Tonight, Gaga joined Ashton Kutcher and Britney Spears as the only 3 people with 5 million followers or more on Twitter. As of this posting Gaga is at 5,007,500! Man, I wish I had numbers like that!
This just goes to show how adored she is by her fans! Check out the tweet she sent out shortly after crossing the 5 million mark:

MTV TJ Challenge 4 – The Voice of a Generation July 17, 2010

I doubt that this comes as much of a surprise to many, but it’s my honest answer, and maybe not for the reason you think.
MTV Challenge 4 asks:
Personal: If you could only follow one person on Twitter, who would it be and why?
Lady Gaga is more than just the most successful musical artist of the last 2 years. She’s more than just a sex symbol. And she’s more than just an entertainer. She’s a voice of our generation.
When I was in Washington, DC in October for the equality march, Gaga not only marched for equality but gave a beautiful, unforgettable speech where she rallied the hundreds of thousands of people who came from all walks of life to protest on the national mall.
Besides equality Gaga has campaigned for safe sex, AIDS prevention, and is frequently a voice in current politics and social issues of our time.
If I only had one person to follow I would hope that the person combined as much about all of my interests as possible in to his or her tweets. Gaga is a performer, idol, inspiration, and civil rights leader in so many ways. Her multi-facetted perception of the world is what makes her adored by the 4 million people who follow her. She’s no fluke.
Gaga’s tweets are a culmination of entertainment, her music, current events, politics and her personal life — all of which would keep me fully satisfied if I could only follow one person on the planet.

I can’t believe this little girl beat Gaga out of the Most Viewed YouTube video!
I’M JUST KIDDING BELIEBERS DON’T KILL ME!
After only a few months in the top spot, Lady Gaga was dethroned as the most watched video on YouTube.
Currently Bieber has ~247,000,000 views of “Baby” featuring Ludacris.
Gaga has ~246,000,000 views of “Bad Romance.”
Both have incredibly dedicated fan bases, so I would imagine they will be taking turns with the top spot. For now, YouTube has Bieber Fever!
Is Lady Gaga’s 3rd Album Titled “Born This Way?” July 14, 2010

If you check out my Gaga fansite LadyGagaLive.net, you may have already seen this post. However, as part of my MTV TJ ongoing challenge, I am to report on all things Lady Gaga, including her massively successful Monster Ball.
I’ve been reading and listening to literally all of Gaga’s latest interviews to keep the fans happy on LadyGagaLive.net. And after listening to a few of her most recent ones, have come up with an interesting theory. Given the interviews that she has been giving, there is evidence to believe Gaga’s third album will be called “Born This Way.”
A few weeks ago I posted a link on LadyGagaLive.net to check out Gaga’s interview with Alexander Fury from ShowStudio.com. In the interview, Jonas Åkerlund, who directed her “Paparazzi” and “Telephone” videos asked the following question:
Alexander Fury:
What would you call the movie about your life? – Asked by Jonas Åkerlund, SwedenLady Gaga:
Born This Way
A few questions later, she mentions what her next tattoo will be:
Alexander Fury:
My favorite tattoo of yours is “Tokyo Love”. What will your next tattoo be and where on your body will it be? - Asked by Matthew Williams, London.Lady Gaga:
I don’t know. I want to get one that says ‘Born This Way’ and one that says ‘Free Bitch’, I think. But I’m not quite sure
The final piece to the puzzle was in this month’s Rolling Stone magazine (out on news stands now):
“I think I’m just gonna get the album title tattooed on me and put out the photo. I’m going to announce the title of the of the album at midnight on New Year’s.”
It’s an interesting couple of excerpts that could lead to the actual album title. I haven’t seen this title ANYWHERE else on the internet, and came up with this completely on my own. I have a really good hunch that it’s truth, and can’t wait until the album title is released on New Year’s Eve.
What do you think? Does “Born This Way” sound like the third Gaga album?

Wow! Can you imagine being Gaga right now? Playing on John Lennon’s piano!?
John Lennon’s son, Sean Lennon, took his Twitter account and tweeted a pic of Gaga playing on John Lennon’s white piano.
With gaga at mom’s house, she’s belting on the white piano…
