Ryan from The Office: Gone For Good? November 13, 2008

Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Office star BJ Novak has taken a leave of absence from NBC, apparently to work on some Quentin Tarantino movie. According to the report, Ryan may be dunzo after this season, though Novak will apparently continue writing for the show.
I never really liked Ryan in any of the season of The Office. When he was the temp he was just annoying and greasy. Then when he became whatever higher up he was, he was just annoying. Now, he’s the receptionist and not even on some of the episodes. I remember one of my friends asking me a few weeks ago, “Where’s Ryan?”
I hope they write him off the show. And while they’re at it, take Kelly with you. And Creed.
